Stoke PA was set up by myself, Debra Hayes, in September 2008.
 
 

 

After a 2-year secretarial course at Stoke on Trent College (where I gained RSA III Typing and Word Processing, Audio Transcription, Teeline Shorthand, and Commerce) I joined the RAF in 1986 and spent over 9 years in personnel administration and as PA to senior officers at Headquarters Strike Command. 

Since leaving the armed forces in 1995 and completing a HNC in Business and Finance I have had the good fortune to have worked in a variety of industries both in the public and private sector, for small teams (operations and marketing) and in a one-to-one capacity (PA to Directors and at Board Level). The last 8 years have been spent in a construction based background providing executive support to a Managing Director and Operations Director and assisting them in the day-to-day running of their various businesses. 

I think you will find that my home office, with the latest I.T. programmes, is the perfect partner for my traditional secretarial skills and that Stoke PA can provide you with any aspect of executive secretarial or administrative support you may need - at your office or at mine.
